the room was a standard queen room bath shower combination. it was super clean! the breakfast had so many options and the food was AMAZING!!! the location was really great, right on a main bus route.

the parking situation was annoying. there was a huge emphasis on the charges! checking in took a long time because there was only one person at reception. the room was very cold when i first got there and it took hours to warm up, then it was freezing all night!

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food stood out as especially good. I really enjoyed how close it was to central attractions. It was a quick, easy walk along the river!

Paying £20 daily for parking seemed steep! Considering other options nearby cost less, that price felt a bit much.

Lacy provided a back massage and facial. I recommend her. the deep tissue back massage reduced knots and promoted relaxation. my facial left my skin relaxed and glowing. the treatment room had relaxing music and felt professional.

I noticed the spa facilities felt outdated . I think some refurbishment would greatly improve the experience.
